Accommodation in Bahrain: Kempinski Hotel and Residences Returns to Bahrain Harbour

Kempinski Hotels is making a comeback in Bahrain with a landmark hotel and residences in the new Bahrain Harbour development. The oldest luxury hotel brand in Europe has signed a deal with Infracorp, which manages over $3 billion in assets. The Kempinski Hotel and Residences Bahrain Harbour will be housed in one of the three iconic towers of the Bahrain Harbour complex. This property will feature 74 guestrooms on the upper floors and 186 branded residences throughout the building, with an expected opening by the end of 2025.

Bernold Schroeder, CEO of Kempinski Group, highlighted the company’s renewed commitment to Bahrain and the Middle East. He mentioned that guests at Kempinski Bahrain Harbour would experience a warm European welcome in a setting enriched with the beauty of the Arabian Gulf, a modern environment around a marina in Bahrain’s financial district.

The Kempinski Bahrain Harbour Hotel and Residences will be among the tallest structures in Bahrain, offering impressive views of the marina and Manama skyline from floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. The interiors will be contemporary, featuring soft colors, marble accents, wooden textures, and brass fixtures.

Guests can enjoy various amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views, spa and wellness facilities, a panoramic gym, tennis courts, a kids’ play area, a business center, and meeting and event spaces. Bahrain Harbour will also feature up to 60 retail boutiques and various dining options.

Harbour Heights, part of the Bahrain Harbour development, integrates residential, retail, hospitality, and leisure elements across three towers and a 2.5 km marina promenade, located opposite the Bahrain Financial Harbour twin towers. Majed Al-Khan, CEO of Infracorp, expressed that the project aims to create a community for global citizens with top-tier architecture, dining, and luxury waterfront living, making Kempinski the perfect hospitality partner.

Strategically situated between Reef Island and Bahrain Bay, Bahrain Harbour is setting new standards for luxury living.
