Culinary Delights Await in St. Kitts

What’s cooking in St. Kitts?
By Paul Johnson

As the Caribbean’s sugar isle gears up for the annual St. Kitts & Nevis Restaurant Week, the St. Kitts Tourism Authority is highlighting some of the island’s best spots for dining and relaxing. Part of the 2023 “Summer of Fun,” which began with the Annual St. Kitts Music Festival in June, Restaurant Week runs from July 13 to July 23, 2023, celebrating the island’s culinary delights with menus centered around a local ingredient—this year, it’s pineapple.

During Restaurant Week, locals and visitors can enjoy food tastings, wine pairings, and delicious meals at 40 participating venues, all at special prices. Beyond this event, St. Kitts offers a variety of dining experiences year-round, from farm-to-table feasts and luxury hotel restaurants to beachside bars and casual eateries where you can enjoy dishes like goat water with a Carib beer.
