Two Additional Iconic Hotels in Dubai Join the Kempinski Portfolio

Kempinski Hotels is set to significantly expand in Dubai by partnering with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to rebrand two iconic properties. As of January 1, 2024, the former Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall are now Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai. This move strengthens Kempinski’s presence in Dubai, a top-performing destination for the luxury hotel group in 2023.

“This milestone is a major step for Kempinski, solidifying our position as a leading luxury hotel brand in the Middle East,” says René Nijhof, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kempinski S.A. He highlights Kempinski’s long-standing reputation for quality and service since entering the UAE in the late 1990s. Following a record-breaking year, Kempinski plans further regional expansion in 2024 and beyond.

Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai stands 72 stories tall in Downtown Dubai, near attractions like Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and Burj Khalifa. The hotel features 198 rooms and suites, plus elegant residences with modern décor and luxurious furnishings. Guests can enjoy several dining options, including The Living Room, The Kitchen, The Collection Room, and The Dining Room, along with private dining areas and an open-air terrace.

The hotel’s 760-square-meter spa offers a serene escape with various treatments, clay wraps, hammams, and signature experiences in the salt and steam rooms. Outside, three swimming pools and a kids’ club provide entertainment and relaxation.

Nearby, Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai connects to The Dubai Mall, offering 245 luxurious rooms and suites. These rooms feature elegant design, artworks, ambient lighting, and touchpad technology, each with a private balcony offering views of Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, or the city skyline. The hotel also boasts innovative dining venues serving a range of culinary styles, from modern Middle Eastern cuisine to home-style international dishes.

The award-winning spa at Central Avenue provides a variety of treatments tailored to enhance wellbeing. Guests can enjoy customized therapies in luxurious treatment rooms, creating a place of tranquility and renewal.

“These two landmark hotels reflect modern Arabian luxury and timeless European elegance,” says René Nijhof. Kempinski’s 26-year presence in the Middle East has made it a key player in the region, with more developments in the pipeline.

Khalid Anib, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Hotels, adds, “We are thrilled to see the Kempinski brand on two of our premier properties in Dubai. Kempinski represents the pinnacle of European hospitality, making them an ideal partner for these hotels.”

Dubai is also home to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah. In 2025, Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai will open as the first standalone Kempinski private residences in the region.
